The training and production complex (hereinafter – NEC) “UniTour” is a structural unit of SHEI “Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University” without the right of legal entity.
NEC “UniTour” SHEI “Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk” was established in 2014 on the squares and research and laboratory facilities of the Institute of Tourism of the University and has the appropriate material and technical support.
NVK in its activities is guided by current legislation, regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Charter of the University and the developed and approved Regulations.
The purpose of the NEC is to provide appropriate organizational, technological, logistical conditions for training and practical classes, providing services in the field of vocational education, training and retraining, leisure and ensuring the development of student creativity, research and development. , creation of competitive in the world market scientific and scientific and applied results, carrying out of innovative activity and maintenance on this basis of conditions of realization of in-depth scientific and scientific and technical preparation of experts.
The main tasks of a practical nature:
▪ Conducting training on the introduction and application of the latest technologies for the production of culinary products; rules of registration and release of culinary products; rules for the use of modern utensils, sets, glass, table linen and other items and accessories for serving in the restaurant business.
▪ Acquisition by students of professional competences on the organization and carrying out of banquets, diplomatic receptions; catering in the restaurant business; organization of beverage service; special forms of service, etc.
▪ Organization and holding of specialized lectures, training and consulting meetings, scientific and practical seminars, conferences with the participation of leading specialists in the field of hotel and restaurant industry, organization of master classes.
▪ Development of topics for excursions, weekend tours for students and organization of tourist and excursion services.
